While preparing for a presentation on Celiac Disease and Gluten-Sensitivity, I began reading Dr. Fascano’s book entitled “Gluten Freedom”. He has some great stories to share about the increased incidence of Celiac Disease and other gluten-related disorders in his practice. It is very common for me to help customers in the aisle with this disorder. I decided to share one of his charts to help distinguish between the gluten-related disorders, hope you find it interesting too.
